When I read a paper, I am not the audience, rather I’m the judge, determining how well I think your work would convince someone else.
If not, chances are good that what you have done is probably not too relevant to the course.
And don’t forget: course readings must be cited properly like everything else.
A good thesis should be debatable, specific, and concise.
